New in shrink wrap skateboard as shown. Looks like it was hung on the wall as there are two small holes through the shrink where a wall mount would have been used. General statement: New and used items may have missing pieces, some damage, pitting, paint loss, shelf wear, cracks, dents, breaks, rust, be untested and in unknown working condition, may need repair and/or restoration before they can be used, and have other age and use related wear.
