1/1 Dressen Gold Rose Cross / Santa Cruz Skateboards / 1987 Claus Grapke NHS
This is a one of a kind genuine Santa Cruz Skateboard / Eric Dressen Deck. It’s Eric Dressen’s Gold Rose Cross graphic on the unique 1987 Claus Grapke Exploding Clock Shape. It was made officially at NHS in Santa Cruz and given as a private gift. A mix of modern and vintage skate history. The yellow / gold paint in the roses and the Santa Cruz Dot Logo has some glitter effect in it. There seems to be a glossy clear coat as well. The deck is super nice-looking and unique. There is no top graphic. I was told that NHS kept a sample of every shape they ever made over the years, and this was the sample for the Claus Grapke Exploding Clock. That’s the story I was given. You can see a small sticker on the top that used to have some numbers/ writing on it from NHS. The graphic is from an Eric Dressen Preissue deck. This yellow glitter version is much rarer than the red rose colorway. The deck is in great condition. The only thing I noticed is a weird line in the wood grain 9n the nose. It’s not damage. It just looks like a weird line in the wood grain. I tried to showcase the line in the last 3 pictures.
