RARE FIRST Santa Cruz Erick Winkowski Primeval Skateboard Deck Limited to 500
Here’s a RARE First-run Santa Cruz Erick Winkowski Primeval “Rookie Model” Skateboard Deck. This is Winkowski’s first pro model deck, in the first Red / Blue colorway ever released. Only 500 were made. Primeval art by Ken Taylor. This board measures approx. 10 1/4″ (widest point) x 30 1/2″. Deck had been set up and skated very lightly. Rails were installed with wood screws which saved most of the graphic. Most of the scuffing is on the beasts face, where it sort of blends in, due to the busy artwork. There is also scuffing on the tail. The actual tail wear only goes to the first ply. The griptape has been removed, but there is a fade strip on top in the area where grip wasn’t applied. Cruz Missile II concave is Santa Cruz’s infamous tech concave from the 1980s with aggressive, multi-dimensional side to side concave and tail kick along with forward set rocker that comfortably lock in your feet in key areas for a completely unique riding experience. Measures 10.34″ x 30.54″ with a 15 wheelbase. Comes with Core trucks, 58mm 97A wheels, Amp abec 5 bearings, Black Diamond Griptape, risers, and hardware. Core trucks are light weight and feature heavy duty aluminum with grade 8 steel kingpins and axles, as well as USA made bushings and pivot cups. 58mm 97A are the perfect wheels for both street and park skating. Like the name states, Amp bearings are stimulants for your wheels! Light synthetic oil, Delrin Crowns, and Rubber Serviceable Shields are a few of the things that makes these bearings one of the best Abec 5 rated bearings on the market.
